Teacher training in Adelaide

It was great to teach the Pre/Postnatal Yoga teacher training to the teachers at Yogafusion in August.  The yoga teachers Amy, Belinda & Kristy are dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for pregnant mums to practice yoga asanas, breathing and relaxation.  The importance of connecting with the unborn child and development of the yoga lifestyle was also discussed in depth.
